1. Sign Up
When you sign up the Company, User (Account Owner), Subscription, and Device records are automatically created.
2. Install the CleverFox Backup Agent
Use the Download Agent button on the Device page to download and run the installation program.
3. Create a Job
This is how you schedule the backup.
- Every Job can have one or more items (i.e. Folders, Databases) that need to be backed up.
- Every job has a schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or One Time) when it should be performed.
- Every job has a retention policy that is used to automatically delete old backups.
4. You're Done
You will receive an email every time a Job is performed with the results.
